You can purchase Support Plans by directly contacting our Customer Service Department. Clients whose software has not received updates from a regular service contract could incur additional fees for software updates. Please contact DJB Sales – clients who do not let their plans expire are eligible for a sizeable discounts!

Emergency 911 Off Air Support
– After hours emergency support for your DJB system. This service is only available with a valid support contract and this service only pertains to DJB automation systems. If your support contract has lapsed, please call in during office hours to renew.
